Terms of Use
Terms governing your use of the Bloxwap interface. Bloxwap is a non-custodial UI on top of the Hyperliquid protocol.
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloxwap interface, including the website at bloxwap.com, the Farcaster Mini App, the progressive web app installable to your device, and any other software, content, or services we make available (collectively, the "Interface"). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
1. Nature of the Interface
Bloxwap is a non-custodial, front-end interface that allows you to interact with the Hyperliquid decentralized derivatives protocol (the "Protocol") and its associated smart contracts and on-chain order book. The Interface is provided for convenience only and:
- Does not custody your funds, take possession of your private keys, or hold your assets at any time.
- Does not match orders, set prices, execute trades, or operate any exchange. All trading activity is performed by the Protocol on chain by your own connected wallet.
- Does not provide investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, fiduciary services, or any kind of recommendation. Nothing on the Interface is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
- Is not a counterparty to any trade you execute. The Protocol's margining and liquidation logic is the sole arbiter of your positions.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your private keys, and any loss of funds resulting from your use of the Interface or the Protocol.
2. Eligibility
You may only use the Interface if:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are not a citizen, resident, or located in any Restricted Jurisdiction (defined below), and you are not accessing the Interface on behalf of a person or entity that is.
- You are not subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable sanctions authority, and you are not on any sanctions or denied-persons list.
- Your use of the Interface does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
By using the Interface, you represent and warrant that each of the above is true and will remain true for as long as you use the Interface.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Access to the Interface is prohibited from, and you may not use the Interface if you are a citizen, resident of, or located in: the United States of America (including any U.S. territory), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine, or any other jurisdiction where the use of derivatives, perpetual contracts, or the Protocol is prohibited or unlawful.
We may, in our sole discretion, add or remove jurisdictions from the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time and without notice.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading derivatives, including perpetual contracts, is extremely risky and may result in the total loss of your assets. By using the Interface you acknowledge and assume the following risks, among others:
- Market risk. Prices of digital assets are volatile and can move against you sharply and without warning.
- Leverage and liquidation risk. Margin and leverage magnify both gains and losses. A liquidation event may result in the loss of all margin you have committed to a position.
- Smart-contract and protocol risk. The Protocol is governed by smart contracts that may contain bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior. The Interface has no ability to recover funds lost to smart-contract failure.
- Operational risk. Block-producer outages, RPC failures, network congestion, oracle failures, and other operational events may delay, block, or alter the execution of your orders.
- Regulatory risk. The legal and tax treatment of digital assets, derivatives, and DeFi protocols is evolving and may change in ways that materially affect your use of the Interface or the Protocol.
- Wallet and key risk. Loss of access to the wallet you use to authenticate to the Interface results in permanent loss of access to any funds held by that wallet.
- Front-end risk. The Interface may be unavailable, contain errors, display stale data, or behave unexpectedly. You should always verify trading activity on chain.
You are solely responsible for assessing whether trading on the Protocol is appropriate for you, given your financial situation, risk tolerance, and jurisdiction.
4. Wallets and Authentication
The Interface allows you to connect a self-custody wallet (or a wallet provisioned via embedded-wallet partners such as Privy) to the Protocol. You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your private keys and seed phrases.
- Reviewing and signing transactions before approving them.
- Verifying counterparties, contract addresses, and the network you are connected to.
Any transaction signed and broadcast from your wallet is final and irreversible. The Interface cannot reverse, refund, or recover such transactions.
5. Fees
The Interface itself does not charge fees for placing or closing trades. The Protocol charges its own trading, funding, and liquidation fees as set out in the Hyperliquid documentation, and may charge a builder fee that, where enabled, is paid to the Interface operator. All fees are deducted from your wallet by the on-chain settlement layer; we have no ability to reverse fees once they are paid.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges that apply to your trading activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and trade dress associated with the Interface are owned by Bloxwap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Interface for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any trademark, logo, or other proprietary right of Bloxwap.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Interface.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Interface, except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice on the Interface.
- Use the Interface to develop a competing product.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any abusive trading practice.
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface, our infrastructure, or any other user's account or wallet.
- Use any bot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Interface other than the public APIs we expressly make available.
- Misrepresent your identity, jurisdiction, or eligibility to use the Interface.
8. Third-Party Services
The Interface integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to Hyperliquid, Privy, WalletConnect, Farcaster, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy, not these Terms. We are not responsible for any third-party service.
9. Disclaimers
THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF MALICIOUS CODE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PROTOCOL, THE ACCURACY OF ANY PRICE OR MARKET DATA DISPLAYED IN THE INTERFACE, OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY TRADE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BLOXWAP, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF FUNDS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any limitation in this section is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bloxwap and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Interface; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your trading activity on the Protocol.
12. Modifications and Termination
We may modify these Terms, the Interface, or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Interface after a change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Interface at any time, in our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including risk disclosure, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Interface will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in the British Virgin Islands under the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre, in English, before a single arbitrator. The Parties waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
You may opt out of the arbitration provision by sending a written opt-out notice to the contact address below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
