Bloxwap is a non-custodial trading app — it never holds your funds, and your positions settle on-chain on Hyperliquid from your own wallet. That shapes what support can and cannot do, so it is worth knowing before you write: nobody at Bloxwap can move, freeze or recover funds in your wallet, and nobody will ever ask you for your private key or recovery phrase. Any message that does is not from Bloxwap.

Email

support@bloxwap.com is the address for help with your account, a trade that did not behave as you expected, a privacy request, or anything about the creator program. It is the same address named in the privacy policy and the terms.

Including your wallet address and roughly when the problem happened makes it much faster to answer, since both sides of a trade are on-chain and can be looked up.
