Delete your Bloxwap account

You can delete your Bloxwap account yourself, from the web app or the iOS and Android apps. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

How to delete it

1. Sign in at bloxwap.com or open the Bloxwap app.
2. Open your profile, then Advanced.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Move your funds first

Bloxwap is non-custodial: your account comes with its own embedded wallets, and deleting the account destroys their private keys. While any wallet still holds funds, has an open position, order or TWAP, or has a withdrawal in progress, deletion is blocked and the app sends you to withdraw instead. Open positions, orders and withdrawals in progress must finish first. If only funds remain and you have exported your keys, you can delete anyway after a separate confirmation step.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and the embedded wallet keys it holds.
• Your username and avatar.
• Your push notification registrations and alert settings.

What is kept

• On-chain history cannot be erased. Past trades and transfers remain public on Hyperliquid and the other chains they happened on.
• Referral attribution records, which link wallet addresses and contain no personal information, are kept for payout accounting.

Signing in again with the same email, Apple, Google or X account afterwards creates a new, empty account.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@bloxwap.com from the address or with the account handle you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. See the privacy policy for how account data is handled.
